Apostle Kimberly J. Washington is a prophetic voice for transformation, restoration, and order in the Kingdom of God. Her life and ministry reflect a rare combination of grace, wisdom, and unwavering faith. Apostle Kimberly’s walk with the Lord began after a divine encounter in 2002 that forever changed the course of her life. From that moment forward, her journey has been marked by obedience, humility, and a relentless desire to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel.

Raised in Jasper, Texas, under the loving guidance of her parents, Chief Apostle Bishop Rayford A. Chimney, Th.D., and Dr. Ruby Nell Chimney, Th.D., she learned early what it means to serve with excellence and integrity. At twelve years old she began teaching youth Sunday school and later became a youth director and musician. Her faithfulness led to a historic moment when she became the first woman appointed to preach under her father’s leadership at Livingston Church of God in Christ.

2002 Divine Encounter → Youth Ministry → First Woman Preacher → Inner Court Founded

As her calling expanded, Apostle Kimberly embraced a broader assignment that would reach hearts far beyond her hometown. God entrusted her to birth Inner Court Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. What began in a small community in Weirgate, Texas, has grown into a thriving ministry that continues to impact lives across regions.

Known for her ability to teach the Word with both wisdom and grace, Apostle Kimberly makes Scripture come alive in a way that is practical, relatable, and life-changing. Her voice carries authority and her heart carries compassion.

She has founded several ministries that speak to every stage of life, including Triple S (Saved, Single, Satisfied), D.I.V.A.S. (Divinely Inspiring Victory and Success), T.A.G. (Teens After God), and M.O.V.E. (Men of Valored Excellence). Each initiative reflects her desire to build people from the inside out, nurturing spiritual maturity, restoring identity, and empowering believers through Christ.

Apostle Kimberly is also an accomplished educator with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education in Administration and Leadership. Her background as an educator and administrator continues to shape her passion to equip others to grow in purpose, character, and spiritual discipline. She carries this same gift of teaching into her ministry, empowering believers to pursue excellence in both faith and life.

Among all her accomplishments, her greatest joy is her family. She is married to Bishop Brian Washington, and together they share a beautiful family of ten children. Their home is filled with love, laughter, and faith, the same foundation that defines her ministry.
